Connect the app only after the Blender add-on reports Server Online. The client connects directly to Blender over the local network.
Enter the exact IP Address and UDP Port shown by the Blender add-on, then tap Connect. The default control port is 5005, but the add-on can use another port.
After entering a valid endpoint, save it as a favorite such as "Studio PC." Favorites let you select, rename, or remove saved Blender machines without retyping their network details.
The app opens the Controls Screen after Blender replies. The selected camera, timeline, FPS, and other session state are synchronized.
The phone and computer must be able to see each other on the LAN. Internet access alone is not enough; mobile data, guest Wi-Fi, VPNs, and client isolation commonly prevent a connection.
If the connection fails, follow Connection Troubleshooting. If the app reports incompatible versions, use Version Mismatch.
