App and Add-on Version Mismatch

The app checks add-on compatibility when it connects. A mismatch means the client and server may not understand the same control messages.

Fix the Mismatch

1. Note the version shown by the app and the add-on About section.
2. Update the older component from an official source.
3. Restart Blender.
4. Start the add-on server again.
5. Reconnect the app.

Avoid mixing old packages with Version 2. If an update does not resolve the message, include both version numbers in Support.
