Blender Sidebar Overview
Open a 3D Viewport sidebar and select the Camera Controller tab. This is the Blender-side control center for the local server bridge and optional streaming tools.
Main Sections
- Control Mode selects Camera or Object before the server starts.
- Server starts and stops the client bridge, shows the QR code, IP, port, client status, and packet rate.
- Camera Streaming configures the optional live preview.
- Settings exposes camera/object motion, locks, smoothing, and keyframe tools.
- Recording reports active recording or baking progress.
- About and Help show version and guidance.
During first-run dependency installation, the regular controls remain unavailable until progress completes. See Install the Blender Add-on.
